Life is a whirlwind
right now.
Every day goes by faster, I swear.
Holden is getting to be
such a big boy. He sleeps amazingly well for a 3.5 month old--usually just
waking up once, if that, and just to eat. He even eats some rice cereal every
now and then and rolls quite a bit and even coos now. He is the sweetest baby boy.
Ever.
Mona is such a good big
sister but a better monkey. She seriously climbs on top of, over, or under
anything now. She loves to be moving, loves organizing, and loves playing
pretend.
Landon got a full
scholarship for his first year at BYU and officially accepted them as his MBA
program of choice. I’m so proud of him. He’s working so much right now--both at
Adobe and here at home, creating children’s apps for some revenue when he’s
going to school.
I’ve been anxiously
planning and preparing for house projects now that we are going to be here for
at least the next 2 years. I’m painting Mona and Holden’s room this weekend.
Excited to start that project! I’ve also been trying to be better about
training for my tri in early June. Yeah, its hard to do things with kids. But
I’m learning to just do it. Nike really knows what they’re talking about.
See, isn’t it all a
whirlwind?! We loved hanging out with the Becks and then the Winklers and Collette and Olivia this
last weekend. It was so fun to get together with the baby cousins in one room,
swap kids and funny stories, and eat our weight in food. I miss my family already but had so much fun.
